Roll20 Health and Fitness is a private gym owned and operated by certified personal trainer and coach Andrew Stewart. Andrew teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes five days a week and runs private strength and conditioning sessions by appointment.
We believe that the best gift a coach can give to a client is autonomy.
For both personal training and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, our mission is to make it so that all clients have the freedom and confidence to reach their health and fitness goals.
Through a system that focuses on teaching, knowledge acquisition, pain-free movement, and basic movement requirements, clients will gain independence from a personal trainer to continue to work towards and maintain their health and fitness goals. Each and every client will be equipped to do things on their own after sufficient time and practice with our personal trainer.

Andrew is an incredible coach. He takes time to work with you individually and to walk you through anything you might be struggling with. Whether you are a beginner or advanced he has the ability to meet you at your level. He coached me for the first two years I did BJJ and would regularly roll with me. If I had a question about our roll he would take the time to explain what happened and walk through other options for the position. Besides just who he is as a coach, he’s a stand up guy. Truly someone you can trust to take care of yours or a child’s safety. If for no other reason, you should try his gym simply based on his good character.

I've worked with Andrew for 3+ years and he's been a fantastic coach, both in person and virtually.
